"Girlfriend, Pan will investigate their legislator for Cosala, Sinaloa, Lucero Guadalupe Sanchez Lopez, for her relation to Joaquin Guzman Loera. She went to Altiplano no.1 with the credential of the INE and a birth certificate, wrote the journalist in his column "In Private".

Two months after, the Commission for National Security informed that a woman, without revealing her identity, visited the capo in an illegal manner with the help of El Chapos Lawyer.

In a press conference, the legislator denied being the girlfriend of the capo and qualified the accusation as "heinous slander", of which she said, had put at risk the lives of her two children of 8 years and six months, and that this falsity had lead to her receiving anonymous telephone threats.

I reproach this making of a scandal, to be implicated, judged and found guilty without due process, I have two children, I already mentioned, the fruit of my marriage to my husband who already died.

I am not a girlfriend, and I have no interest in seeing another person, much less if he is part of a criminal organization, she said.

I affirm that I went with a delegate of the PGR in Sinaloa, Brenda Lohr Preralta Fuentes, in order to put at the disposition in the case that you are quoting, and that any official who wants to litigate this matter, appear in said investigation, and contribute any evidence that may be considered.

She said that there had been no requirement by no authorities and assures that PAN is not investigating her.

In the press conference, the legislator was accompanied by legislator Guadalupe Carrizoza Chaidez.

The Panista legislator accused the Federal Legislator of the PRI, Francisca Elena Corrales, "Paquis", to be the intellectual author of "heinous slander".

Lucero Sanchez participated as a candidate of the PAN_PRD_PT and PAS alliance for district 16 of Cosala, and her contender of the PRI was a sister of "Paquis" Corrales, who lost in the election.
